Customised Collection – If you choose a design from the Customised Collection then you should expect to receive your stationery within 3 – 4 weeks of placing your order.

Bespoke Design – If you choose to have a bespoke design then you should expect to receive your stationery within 8 weeks of placing your order.

Fast Track – We offer a fast track service of 2 weeks, please get in touch about this.

Customised Collection – All depends on what you require – just “save the dates” or the whole shebang? Prices will vary depending on the number of items and quantity – get in touch for an instant quote!

Bespoke Design – As this is unique to you, so is the price!  All initial ideas can be discussed to give you an idea of costings etc. If you are then happy we can arrange an exciting design consultation to suit you – either over the phone, via email/skype or in person.

The cost of your actual stationery is costed separately and the final price will be confirmed based on the design we create.

We are very flexible at working to budgets so it’s always good to discuss a budget range at the initial consultation. There are no limits to what we can create for you, only your budget that can restrict the level of design.

All payments are made through PayPal, this is a safe and secure way of paying to guarantee peace of mind for both parties. Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by this method, there is a guest checkout option.

Customised Collection: A 50% deposit is required after initial consultation, this covers all design work if you have a change of heart or due to unforeseen circumstances have to cancel your order before going to print.

D•I•Y Collection:  As this is solely design work and no materials and printing costs are factored into your rate, you will be required to pay in full after initial consultation.  So if you have a change of heart I’m afraid this would be non refundable.

Please note: Once you have approved your proofs and paid your remaining balance you can not cancel as your stationery as this will have been sent to the printers to be produced.  If this happens unfortunately it will not be refunded.

Save the Date cards – On average Save the Date cards would be sent out between 18 – 12 months before the wedding, If you are getting married abroad then you might want to do this a little earlier.

Invitations – This is totally up to you. On average, invitations would normally be sent out between 6 – 3 months before the wedding. If you choose not to send Save the Date cards then you might decide to send your invitations a little earlier.

Save the Dates/Invitations – It’s always better to have too many than to few, also it’s always nice to keep a couple for keepsakes. Remember most of your guests will be couples, so as a general rule divide the total number of guests list by 2, then add on an additional 15 – 20% for spares and last minute changes to the guest list.

 

Orders of service – Although it’s nice to have individual orders of service your guests will also be very happy to share. This is definitely an opportunity to save on costs but remember to include a couple of extra copies to keep yourself.

No. It is often the case that the quantities for your other stationery items depend on the response from your wedding invitations. You can place your wedding stationery order separately and we will have all your design and colour preferences remembered to make ordering your other stationery items extra easy

Customised Collection – There is a minimum order of 25 on Before the day stationery ie Save the Dates and  Invitations due to the time involved in creating artwork and printers minimum quantities.

Bespoke Design – There is no minimum order quantity on bespoke stationery as the costings for material, print and design hours is factored into your final price.

Custom Collection – The content on the stationery is as you see it, so all you need to do is tell me your specific information when you place the order in the text box provided.

Bespoke Design – If you want bespoke stationery, please see “essential information” you may wish to include. All you content would be emailed to info@elopedesign along with your brief of your bespoke stationery.

Save the Dates:

• Name of the groom and bride to be

• Full Date of your wedding

 

Wedding – Day Invitations:

• Name of hosts – traditionally the Bride’s parents

• First and surname of the bride

• First and surname of the bridegroom and his title (Mr/Dr/Sir)

• Where the ceremony is taking place – venue name and town is often sufficient

• The full date of the wedding ceremony

• The time of the ceremony

• The location of the wedding reception

• RSVP date

• A contact address or telephone number to which guests should reply (if no RSVP card is included)

 

Wedding – Evening Invitations:

• Name of hosts – traditionally the Bride’s parents

• First and surname of the bride

• First name and surname of the bridegroom and his title (Mr/Dr/Sir)

• Where the evening reception is taking place – venue name and town is often sufficient

• The full date of the wedding reception

• Time of the evening reception (including carriages)

• RSVP date

• Optional: Dress code for the evening reception

 

Christening Invitations:

• Full name of the baby

• The full date

• Time of the event

• The name of the Church and full address

• Reception Venue and full address

• RSVP date and contact information

Simply state what you want! This may seem daunting but if you have a clear vision of what you want to suit the look and feel of your event simple say what you want. Images are extremely helpful, moodboards, swatches of colours etc. Whether its by email, phone, skype or in person we will get your perfect look for the big day!

Yes. We will send you proofs of the text for all your stationery items via email in the form of a pdf document for you to view.  We allow two revisions to the proof in the price of your stationery (you’ll be charged £10 for any further revisions, so please make sure you’re 100% happy with your wording before you send it.) It is only once you have signed the confirmation of these proofs in writing that we will proceed with your order.

Your proof will show you how your wedding stationery will appear to yours guests. You should therefore check that all spelling is correct, you are happy with the layout, all stationery items are included, all dates and information are correct and the colours you have chosen are correct (if applicable). We include a proof check list with every set of proofs we email out, making it easy and straightforward for you to check.

We always advise purchasing an extra 5 – 10 pieces of stationery to be on the safe side as there can often be last minute changes to your guest list. If you do, however, need to order additional invitations then providing there are no changes you wish to make, we will produce them for you at the same rates.

Once you have received your stationery we do not accept returns unless your items are faulty.

Customised Collection: Due to the graphic design time required, if you wish to cancel before you have approved your proofs then you will be charged 50% of your order value, this is covered by your 50% deposit.

Bespoke Design: As the service provided up until this point has been completely devoted to your bespoke design, you will be charged standard graphic design hourly rate fee for the time spent on your order (this will be covered by your 50% deposit).

Yes. All envelopes for any stationery that requires them, are included in the price.

Custom Collection – Each stationery item in this range that require envelopes comes with a beautiful matched envelope that compliments the stationery at no extra cost.

Bespoke Design – Absolutely! This has been briefed in by you so we will do our very best to get the exact colour/pattern/textured envelope your want.

Samples
Dispatched within 5 working days.

UK orders
As soon as we are certain your stationery meets our very high standards, we will package it up and post it out to you.

As it’s such a precious cargo, we always send my designs via a recorded delivery service.

We will confirm a date and delivery address with you before we post them out, making sure there is someone to welcome them.

Delivery costs
All orders are individual so the delivery costs may vary however the delivery cost will be included in your initial estimate.

International orders
Are very welcome! To place an international order simply contact us and we can go from there.

International delivery costs
Once you have placed your order the delivery cost will be worked out and included in your initial estimate.

Elope Design reserves the right to change prices and / or products without prior notice, any obviously incorrectly priced items (£0.01) may not be dispatched and additional payment may be required. We accept no responsibility for any effect of ageing caused to any of our products or materials used. Pure Invitations products are not suitable for children

The material featured on this site is subject to copyright protection. The permission to reproduce material does not extend to anything on this site identified as being the copyright of a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material must be obtained from the copyright holders concerned.

Printing & Proof Service
A proof will be emailed to you for approval. We allow two revisions to the proof in the price of your stationery (you’ll be charged £10 for any further revisions). Please try to ensure all of the details and layout are correct to your requirements, we are not responsible for checking spelling and grammar.

If the items have arrived damaged or an incorrect item has been sent:
Please contact us by email within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. We will also pay the normal First Class/standard parcels cost of returning your goods. Do  not return damaged goods without contacting us first. Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification.

Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. We therefore advise that you check your order on receipt as we cannot investigate shortages after this time. On the rare occasion that an order is dispatched with an out of stock item, this will be advised on your invoice and will follow once back in stock.

Refunds Policy
Refunds on damaged goods will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The payment method of the refund will be as per the original transaction i.e. Paypal. The refund will include the cost of the original postage for delivery only if the full order is returned to us.  If you are returning due to the goods being faulty or incorrectly picked we will also reimburse the cost of returning the items to us.

Offers
We reserve the right to end promotions early. In the event that two offers are run simultaneously, they cannot be combined.

Privacy
Elope Design respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any information provided by you in the course of purchasing from this website is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We do not pass your details onto anyone else. We will send you emails containing tips, advice and offers if you do not want to receive these you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email.
